About Glover Paddocks
A brief history...
Glover Paddocks is an oasis buried in the heart of Honeydew and has been in existence for over 40 years. Initially it was a owned by a race horse trainer, hence our fabulous gallop track, before urbanisation crept in and it slowly morphed into the livery and riding school it is today.
Operating as a riding school it was bought in 2007 by the Maher family after having fallen in love with horses, horse riding and the magnificent park-like grounds.
What we are about...
In 2007, after the Maher family (Kerryn, Mike and daughters; Mikayla, Tasmin and Courtney) purchased the property, they continued to develop it into an ‘all inclusive’ stable yard. Offering both top quality stabling for horses as well as riding lessons for all, from as young as two to mature adults, from all walks of life. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the joy, thrill and passion of horses and horse riding.
Where we are today...
We have developed into a magnificent equestrian centre purchasing more land over the years and developing new arena’s to ensure ample riding opportunity for all our riders. Whether riding for fun, sport or simply for the love of it! Glover Paddocks, the owners, instructors, management and team of staff always put the well-being of the horse and the rider above everything else. We believe in; a well-run yard, qualified, kind and intuitive instructors, experienced grooms who love their horses, well maintained arena’s and well maintained equipment.
This combination ensures a safe, happy, and professional environment for both horse and rider to thrive - a place for the soul.
